Seth and I were making bets about a week ago as to when we thought the first snow might fall. I was certain it wouldn’t be until November! November 12th in fact was my guess. But I stand corrected- sorely corrected!
My guess is five inches- at least. Despite the cold surprise, we had a great day exploring and enjoying the lovely fall season.
I do love that Colorado weather is so sporadic. Keeps things interesting. But let’s be honest, what’s the first thing you do when you get five inches of snow in the beginning of October… you plan a vacation to somewhere beautiful, tropical, and warm. Because come January, you are going to need it!
